Information We Collect
When you use Drybazaar Pilot, we may collect your mobile number, OTP verification details, name, profile information, KYC documents, identity information, vehicle information, job details, pickup and delivery addresses, device information, push notification token, and app usage information.
We collect this information to authenticate riders, assign and manage delivery jobs, verify identity, provide navigation, communicate job updates, process KYC, prevent fraud, and provide customer and operational support.
Location Information
Drybazaar Pilot collects approximate and precise device location after you grant permission. During an active pickup or delivery job, the app may collect location while it is open and while it is running in the background.
We use location information to show the rider on the map, provide navigation, calculate routes and distances, track progress during an active job, share trip progress with authorised Drybazaar operations staff and the customer where applicable, and support rider and customer safety.
Location data is transmitted using HTTPS and is not sold for advertising. It is shared only with authorised Drybazaar personnel and service providers who help operate the delivery service.
Location collection stops when the active job is completed or permission is disabled. Location records are retained only as long as necessary for delivery operations, safety, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
You can disable location permission from your device settings. Disabling it may prevent navigation, live tracking, and active job features from working.
How We Share Data
We may share information with authorised Drybazaar staff, our secure backend and hosting providers, mapping and route providers, notification providers, identity-verification providers, and other service providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS transmission, secure authentication, encrypted token storage where supported, and access controls to protect personal information.
Cookies and Website Data
Our website may use necessary cookies to operate the website, remember preferences, maintain secure sessions, and understand basic website usage. We do not use cookies to sell personal information for advertising.
Embedded Content and Third Parties
Our website or app may use services such as maps, notifications, hosting, or identity verification. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. We use them only to provide Drybazaar services.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage jobs, maintain safety and security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your Drybazaar Pilot account and associated personal data by contacting support@drybazaar.com. We will delete eligible personal data unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes.

You may control device permissions, including location and notifications, through your device settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Drybazaar Pilot is intended for adult riders and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
